Hi folks!! Yep I've gone and done it this time, lost 1 key for my 2004 T2 need to be cut and programmed to ECU . Lost my one and only key for my 1996 Maverick the one with the little red chip at the top, lucky the mav is in the work shop and open, how do I go about sorting the replacement keys and programming.

Starting at one of the most expensive, try your Ford dealer, you will need the chassis number, and maybe the log book.
A Nissan dealer won't have the cross reference informations for the Ford version.

At least it's a starting point.

your 96 Mav will probably work on most keys as locks will be well worn, once you find a key that turns in ignition and door then call a mobile car locksmith who will be able to reprogram your new key to your immu no problem and will also be able to supply new keys for spares, Rick
