Looks nice, when the weathers fine, you can't beat holidays in Britain, we are off to Miami soon and although I love America, it's all the rollocks you have to deal with getting there and back.

Wouldn't mind doing some light stuff just need to make sure I don't do anything fatal. Any recommendations?

Probably best to get a map & perhaps do a few lanes with the bikes first as your idea of light lanes may be different to mine.

There is a fantastic coastal walk from Talland bay to pallpero near you I love it around there and have spent a lot of time touring Cornwall. Enjoy

Done a few bits of the coastal path but 15 week old puppy so foot mileage limited this year. Managed to leave my o/s map for Devon and Cornwall at home. I'll give google earth ago.

Me and the Mrs and two jacks did 7 miles of coastal paths a month or so ago in a day and we are both 68 dogs 24 months, they loved it and wanted more, Rick

15 week old puppy with jabs done can do it mate..
clifftop car park at Talland with max 3 mile walk to pallpero.
The walk is stiff but spectacular and worth it.
Wish I was there

If you enjoy cycle trails I can recommend Lanhydrock which is near you also Cardinham woods & the camel trail.
The kids would also enjoy Flambards or Creally neither of which are that close but worth the travel.

Sounds good I'll give it a go. All jabbed up it's the fact that every leaf, rock, person and dog need investigation so every 100ft becomes a mile. All good fun. Cheers for info.
