Leak Off pipes

hey guys, just a quick one

does anyone know the correct diameter required for the diesel leak off pipes?

I need a new set, the smallest seems to be 3.2mm inner diameter which seems right but thought I had better check first...!

I've got a massive loop of it in the toolbox in the car, I'll go and have a measure at lunch :thumb2 Unless you get an answer before hand

Crickey clivvy they haven't lasted long. Was only last February that we discovered they were leaking last time.

I cant remember - probably yh!

it could be I have the wrong diameter on there now I dunno - if I am 1 mm out then that would explain it I suppose.

I need to apply clips this time though, that might help..

unfortunately there are some crap pipes out there, and many do not last a year, at least Nissan originals lasted more than ten years, if I have any more trouble with the Mrs motor on this , then I will source some Perkins 6,354 plastic ones, they are the same bore and will last forever, but do take a bit of pushing on initially, Rick

Had to replace x2 in the last few weeks its been a couple of years I think since I did them last should make it part of my service really as said the quality of pipe is crap I will be looking for an alternative tho can't go round leaking fuel all over the road

well, I found some spare pipe in the shed, and fitted that late last night. Been ok so far:thumbs

gives me a bit of breathing space to find some better quality braided
