Does anyone know the stock size of the front and rear speakers?

They are 5x7" front & rear after 2001 I think it is I know thats the size of the of the 05 models & i'm sure it's the same on 04 & younger but some of the earlier ones did have 4x6

Couple of screws, pull off the door handle plastic surround and grab handle and the door card slides off upwards, be careful removing in case of any cables attached behind the door card
