So here's my list of "want to do's" for tomorrow

Clean and spray front diff and surround area with underseal

Fit clutch pedal spacer

Fit sidelight led bulbs

Fit all interior led bulbs

Blow air line through rear window washer as it does not work :doh

:lol:lol:lol how many mechanic's from work you getting to do these jobs then:lol right do jobs in this order inside lights, sidelights, pedal spacer then the painting, saves you getting dirty marks on the inside of your motor:thumbs

I think order will be (weirdly)

Paint underside first, then clutch, then bulbs, I need it to be dry when I leave, and clutch is important, everything else can wait :D

Bulbs will take 5 mins to do (remember if they don't light up turn bulb around in holder:thumbs) clutch maybe 15 mins, then just the painting but that'll air dry as you drive & the heat off the engine/exhaust will dry it aswell:augie

That will not work. Theres a non return valve. Its blocked. Blowing wont work.

Just take it out. In osr behind lights, from inside find pipe. And valve unplug.

I drilled mine out. Just takes a little longer to work.

So quick update.

Pained the front underside of the truck. Looking quite good, something disgusting to mention the veg leak has congealed at the bottom and is near impossible to remove. I was using brake cleaner lol.

But yeah all pained.

All interior leds fitted

Put airline to rear washers which obviously as previous post mentions did not work :doh

And *drumroll* I fitted my new clutch pedal bearing. And greased it all up. Feels great and now returns by itself :D

Thanks for spurring me on guys :thumbs

Lastly the led sidelight bulbs on previous post are too big to fit into headlight unit. The hole is not big enough for the bulb as the lights face 360 degrees lol.
