knocking noise from rear

just bought 2002 2.2 di se + x trail but have noticed a knocking noise from the rear when going over bumps the guy did mention about some anti roll bar bushes ?

are these easy to change havent had time yet to put it up in the air

more like the drop link suspension rods m8 sounds the same as when i had to do my 2.7terrano need to get it up either way sdn direct will supply all your bushes

could even be bump stops

most likely anti roll bar link rod ball joint worn out , you can do em on your back or run it up on a couple of bits of 8x4 wood to give more room.
