keep getting a stiffy

every time of late when i first use the car the clutch pedal is really stiff quite hard to push down, then after a few miles driving its fine.park up for an hour or so and its stiff again.new clutch ,slave cylinder about 400 miles ago.
anyone any idea please.

Yes new hose fitted. could it be master cylinder or the damper pipe

just ordered one from milner offroad £30 with vat.57 on flea bay.with me leaky brake cylinder,clutch issues. and the boys micra not startin,whelping box to make, dining room wall to plaster, another busy weekend.
