jet engine !!!!!

as you know rick mended sally , well today i decided the air filter was dirty and needed changing..... so i put a new filter in ...... omfg .... what a difference :naughty ....... went to blackpool today and it was like having a jet engine :sly....i was accelerating from 70 mph up hill on the motorway from brighouse !!!! .... yes accelerating UPHILL FROM 70MPH ....going past scammonden i had to slow down , i was nudging 90 fgs ...... omg its brilliant now :clap:clap

and that was with 2 adults , one grand daughter ( aged 3 and a half ) one bluddie heavy wheelchair + batteries and assorted stuff for aforementioned grand daughter :naughty:naughty:bow:bow

rick did the head gasket /tappets etc
changed gearbox ( twice )

put correct oils in transfer box

changed filters/cleaned banjo filter

and probably some other stuff i dont know about too

but its fantastic now clive , remember when you had a ride in it ? ..... well its twice as fast /powerfull now :naughty

I think Pete has been on the scotch again, even if the air filter was very bad (and I fitted a new one when we did the original job) I cannot see it making that much difference, but glad it is going well Pete, Rick

have to put it down then to that dragging reverse clutch, are you feeling better now, I guess you are, I am going to digress, we had a visit from a planing officer the other day, I gave him what for for just walking onto my property and he was full of we will issue an enforcement notice etc, and he wanted to "look at our conversion" clearly not believing that it complied, initially I said no, you make an appointment, but on reflection thought oh what the hell, so said yea OK come on then have a look, well the look on his face when he came in was a picture, his attitude changed straight away to the point that he was offering advice on how to get round the enforcement till we could be granted a certificate of lawful development, so I am very busy now getting all the paper work together for delivery to the town hall on Monday, Rick

even with my faults ie knacked pump or whatever mine goes like doo do off a stick.so whatever happens this week after tomorrows diagnosis whooo hoo it should fly.

ah yes, well, if you have saved them directly to your music folder, for example, just right click the thingie, and choose delete torrent only. that will clear it up.
