Just gone and bought myself a Honda 400 four F2 Sport as a restoration project for the winter! It's not run for 13 years although it has been cranked over regularly - declared that it needs a cam chain & tensioner - parts included with a box of loads of spares/replacement parts.
Target date is Spring 2022 as a fully restored but not Concourse rebuild. First job will be to strip it down to a bare frame for powder coating before I strip down the engine etc. Luckily pretty much every part is still available either as Original or OEM replacement from davidsilverspares.co.uk.
Not had a bike now for 12 years since the XJ900 went as I struggled to get it onto centre stand.
