This oil is used for lubrication in machinary used for food production. Not food grade but OK for T2's. David.

but by the time you have driven up there to collect, or paid for delivery, it would work out the same price as the stuff from costco/bookers.

That price is only for 20l, to get the 1000 you have to pay an extra £30 for the container and around £65 to get it delivered. Thats nearly an extra £2 per 20 Litres, making it exactly the same price.

And you don't have to buy 1000l from costco/bookers

Yes but it's still mega cheap....
Trying to figure out the catch.
I'm in fife scotland, might get an ibc delivered.
Even if its 100£ it's still mega mega cheap
I phoned the guy up,and he has loads of it, it's new oil he says,
Just waiting for a delivery price from him...

Not really mega cheap but yes slightly cheaper.

Say delivery is £100 to you thats £770 for a 1000l IBC of rapeseed oil (0.77p) a litre. You can get it in 20 litre containers from bookers for £17-18 (0.90p).

Thats only like £100 saving after using 1000litres and you have to fork out the £770 in one go.

All depends on suppliers in Scotland for cheap oil, I suppose
and if you bulk buy and and the price of oil goes up, then your quids in.

On cost of barrel alone it's a 2 quid saving per 20 litres for me. Then of course is delivery or collection.. Hmm.
