Has anyone any experience of ironman nitro shocks?

I've been looking round since Explorer took my cash and went bust

Have been reading on a few forums that they are better than Procomp ES9000's

West coast 4x4 are selling them for my Trol @ £40+vat, which is cheaper than monroe from local motor factor.

Have heard they are good but I dont have any experience of them.

Hi Jocky, I thought about but didnt... no reason other than never heard of them! They are £35 + VAT for the T2 from west coast plus postage. My local factor wanted £220 all in for Monroe, ebay shop japanese4x4spares were £167 inc postage... Good service too.

Cheers for that

Have been reading about Ironman shocks on some Aussie 4x4 forums and also pajero forum in UK and they sound like there very good, they rate them better than procomp ES9000's, thats from guys who've used both

Will have a good read and think before I buy 8O

Well I've read enough

And I've just used my CREDIT CARD  to buy ironman nitro shocks from west coast 4x4, full set.

Sould be here Friday, they better be 8O

Nice One Jocky... hope you have a bit more luck this time!!!

Chris

Shocks fitted today

First impressions are good

You get all rubbers and washers that you need, very good for front as the original washers were past their best 8O also some nice ironman 4x4 stickers

Car nice and sure footed now

The only thing that I would have preferred was boots to keep shaft clear of mud and crap if you go though water.

Was having another look at the website and ironman do uprated torsion bars and coils for Terrano/Mavs
