Intercooler Leak ?

There seems to be blackstuff covering the intercooler pipe on the cold side , looks feels like oil but i guess it could be a build up of diesel vapour and an oil leak.

Ideas oh wise ones ?

PS sure it wasnt there 3 weels as I am a clean freek and it was jet washed.

I would have a look inside the induction pipe before & after the point where the crank case breather entres. The nissan oil catch tank became faulty on mine & oil was getting sucked into the induction system. A new catch tank from Nissan is £200 plus:lol so I fitted another one after the factory one & just vented it to air & blocked up the hole in the induction pipe
