Insurance renewal result.

Just been through the torture of renewing the policy on the wife's MX5
Existing insurers Swinton sent through renewal reminder and their so called best price of £320 Rang them up and had a moan, then eventually got offered 60 quid cash back
So went online and got Confused on the case . £131 thankyou very much

Rang 'em up again to officially cancel the renewal and was offered more cash back but still no where near enough.
So Confused did it for me :clap

Did a similar thing with Direct Line, renewal was a bit high so searched online on the company website as a new customer and saved a tad over £100 !

So much for customer loyalty !
