Just foned academy 4x4 insurance to add my mr on to my policy since his disco's gone :sly but when it came to the occupation part they auto declined the request due to him being a mechanic

did as why n they said that they have just got in "the figures" and that mechanics total loss claim were up by 1700% so they are no longer accepting policies from mechanics Also mean mechanics across the country r gonna get humped for insurance possibly even on a trade policy!

Just a heads up for anyone that was/is gonna use them do not state that you are a mechanic :naughty

means i need 2 do all the driving down to dumfries & galloway on sat and all the time :doh

i'm gonna, did say that most other professions weren't too bad, but i'm high risk as it is cos i'm a student :doh
