"Reversing light" more like a landing light...😎

:lol:lol

Dare I say....
Brilliant...:doh

Well not reversed the truck yet but the old factory bulb didn't even light up the drive gates but this one really does, & looking in the N/S mirror I can now clearly see the ground:thumb2 there isn't much light cast to the O/S which is understandable & I can alway's stick my head out of the window & look:lol but I might order another one for the rear fog light so if I need more light when reversing I could always switch that on

Just been out & as I thought roads lit by street lights there is very little change but if it's an unlit road there's a huge difference but if there in an object on the N/S & you start getting 4ft from it you can see the light reflecting off it if the road is lit or not. For me it was worth the £1.10

Im gonna be pinching the two spots off my roof when the LED bar replaces.

I am using them on a seperate line as opposed to on the reverse

'twas I ;)

If anyone fits these, remember to add a current-limiting resistor? 330 Ohm will be fine :thumb2

I was amazed at just how feeble the OE reversing light actually is. Probably my only real criticism of the truck.........

Tell me more about the resitor, I just wired them parrallel to the reverse light, what does the resistor actually do

LEDs are really sensitive to current, & only need a few milliamps to work. As they heat up the voltage stays the same, but the resistance increases, so they burn out at a very low current. It doesn't take much :thumb2
