Hi all,-
posted previously regarding a clutch problem, but still pulling myhair out with it. STILL not on the road. As i explained before clutch pedal kept slowly going to the floor. no sign of leaks from slave or master cylinders. Asked if anyone knew what might be goin on. One member said tht the flexy pipe by the slave may be holed and loosing in air. investigated this. couldnt see any hole. Tried bleeding the system again and again and then got the opposite, the pedal was that hard, couldnt depress it at all. The flexy pipe from the slave then burst. upon further investigation the metal clutch pipe from where you bleed it to the slave was corroded badly. Have bought a new flexy pipe and block connector which is all in one at £ 40. I now need to get a new length of bundy tubin to connect it up. However it appears to be larger tubing than what ive seen. does anyone know where i can get it from? and would appreciate any advice as to get this motor rolling.
