Ignition barrel replace

Hi all has anyone ever done this on a T2/Patrol, is it indeed even possible, there are 2 pins in the body but they do not move even with the key inserted and in any position, Rick

Question answered, couple more scotches helped get the brain into gear, clearly the pins are inserted and the casing very lightly peened over so you hardly notice so dremel type tool to cut bur off over pin and it falls out if striking a hard wood surface, Rick
