I've got some being made now
Making new brass/bronze internal bush for the idler and grease nipple kit.
Also making up the extra support braket that fits behind the idler to stop things a bending:thumbs
Should be avail. end of the week

Hiya makeitfit, I would be interested as well, really need to tighten up the steering with running 305/70/16 BFG MT's

If you look behind the inner wing rubber cover on the near side. Its the part bolted on the side of the chassis & supports the steering.
Hard off roading & bigger tyres seem to bend it
Colins spits em out reguler,think his done 6 now
Petes done 1 :lol
Mines got a minor but not over bent 1 :doh
I'm sure 1 of the others will come up with the correct names

I was told by an MOT inspector that it is illegal to weld steering components in the UK, so the brace itself is fine but the gusset on the arm might lead to an MOT failure.

Keep meaning to make one of these myself but then I've never bent the steering on mine, so not had the impetus.

Not bent mine but the bush is knackered after only a couple of months in there
So we're doing metal bushes too

I wonder if its the bush gone on mine as i cant see that i've done enough off roading to bend it yet :nenau
