One for the Ice Experts
I have taken the Pioneer cd player out of the old SWB with the possible intention of putting it in the 2000 LWB . it has the capacity to be connected to a multi cd changer.
Would the standard nissan changer under the seat be compatible, and what are the other issues apart from the hazard switch
The cd is a model DEH-P4300

CDs are so old skool  Just more trouble than they're worth now I reckon.
Get a USB head unit or use an auxiliary player like your phone of MP3 player etc :D

Old school ?that's good. dont like MP3's everything is too small and fiddly ok if your a teenage Girl but not 5O year old Builder with fat fingers.:doh

The Nissan CD changers are Blaupunkt / Clarion, so I am pretty sure they will not work with Pioneer.

I fitted Pioneer into my T2, and when I looked into it, even various Pioneer Multi Changers will only work with specific Pioneer heads, and there were no adaptor leads to enable me to use other changers. I used the existing mounting plate, and fitted a Pioneer changer to mine in the end.

Hey ho,:) I'm way over fifty, and have sausage fingers too from years off bashing the floor with my knuckles when fitting me kitchens :lol
I use my phone and that's got a much more user friendly interface than my head unit and much bigger "buttons" in a touch screen kind of way :thumbs
And no jumping tracks either :D
