Common area to rot through, A pretty easy fix but sometimes you have to chase the rot up. Loads of seam sealer in that area so prone to causing fire.

I had to do the same place a few MOT's back on my Maverick

Was done in 30 mins, just move the carpets so they don't set on fire

I also had the flint stone mod on mine.
I took the carpet out and binned it as it was rotten and stunk.

Yep that's about right.
Mine had gone just like that.
