That got your attention :lol
But I am on a mission. Now that the project truck is fixed I got home from work and stuck a dog cage in the back. Put the dog in the cage and went to a local woodland area that we have walked for 30 years. Walked up a footpath and noticed that some work had been carried out on the style but thought no more about it. Got over the style and then saw a sign pictured below. This has been a footpath for years but now looks like the land owner is trying to stop access. Poor chap will be getting a visit from the local council soon as I’m going to get the grid references and report it.
Has anyone got any experience of this sort of things,
I’m pretty sure that if a footpath is established over many years unchallenged then it actually becomes a right of way but I’m not 100% sure of that fact.
