Hydrogen on Demand

Has anybody tried making their own Hydrogen on demand unit and plugging it into a Diesel air intake.

If so does it work and what fuel economy it it achieving.

I am thinking of building my own unit and trying on my Terrano, will let you know if it explodes or does good.

i remember an old top gear where had a bmw 7 seris on hydrogen and if it was parked inside a garage you broke uk law because hydrogen cant be stored inside or something!

on fuel saving chemicals ive read adding "acetone" to the diesel can give better mpg not a lot needed either
