Best way I found is get a photobucket account which is free upload to there then as u move the mouse pointer over the pic u get a couple of options click in the image code box and it should say copied then as u write ur text on here just click with right button and click on paste will put a code in saying photo bucket img and something then when u preview before u submit u will see the pic with ur text
U can repeat this many times as u like in one post
