thinks a lot of its down to two things the rubber bands
wrapped round their 18"+ rims and the loose nut behind
the steering wheel.....


personally drove bosses x5 when they were new and thought
it pretty good, apart from the maestro on sterroids styling!

would like to reverse engineer one, decent tyres, perhaps
a 2 speed transfer box and show bmw what they should
have built when had access to solihull's parts bins...
