How do I stop Email from friend going to spam

As said I know there is something that you do to stop this but what, I am using google chrome, Rick

Depends what device and software you are using or if it is an online webmail such as gmail.

Generally there should be a way of selecting a particular email and an option to tell the software it isn’t spam.
Windows or Microsoft Outlook there should be an option possibly a right click on the email to access the options to mark as not spam.

I have added the email address to contacts, think that should do it, Rick
