My Maverick 1996 2.7 Aspen. Hated it...Short version, had frontera..longest car ever 4.5 yrs..I usually get bored after 6mths...but it kept going wrong + new baby ment needed 7 seats..so whilst laid up after op. Partner went out bought me a maverick...used it once..flew over every bump..in a sae sickening lurch...tyre pressure 52...hell..lowered pressure to recommended 28-30 & lost 4th gear on leaving the garage, developed a sickening clonk when steering went on left lock or mounted any incline & suspension went.....
Just had new clutch n gear box fitted....DRIVES LIKE A DREAM......so am a happy lass & now am a member of the club...steering rack all greased up...& suspension sorted....

First impressions are sooooooo important........NOT TO TAKE FOR GRANTED.........

..it was suggested that if Haynes didn't do a manual & the disc was for 2004+ that if I was to join an owners club a/ I might get the heads up on what it is that is wrong with my 4x4 before I just learn to put up with it...

Well, we will try to help, some are better than others for help though. Im just good at POSTING my help is hopless or what some one else has said.
