Hi mate and welcome, do not know much about Pathfinders, what lump has it got? Rick

Hello and welcome. There's a couple of Pathfinder owners on here I think so hopefully you'll get some help. :thumb2

Hiya mate and welcome, check out West Yorkshire yorkshire engine services if you suspect it could be an engine problem, the guy specialises in the navara/pathfinder engines, 2.5l aren't they?, so he says anyhow :D

Hi and welcome mate

If you'd have come on here and said that you had these symptoms with a Terrano the instant answer you would got back is the UJ's on the rear propshaft and to be honest I think this is likely to be your issue presuming of course they are RWD like the Terrano.

Get underneath and grab the prop, twist it as hard as you can side to side and pay close attention to the spider each end whilst doing so, if you see any play then get them swapped :thumb2

cheers for that mate al have a look under in the morning, it seems to be a big problem with the auto overseas but mine is manual so fingers crossed, what kind of money in getting them changed. ye it is rear wheel drive :thumb2

Welcome aboard, I was going to suggest west yorks engine services too. They have a youtube channel so do a search for them.

Shouldn't cost much mate, you going to have a crack yourself or will you get a garage to do it?
