Ok peeps I'm off to the strata next weekend and would like to explore a old gold mine or something like. Does any one know of any local and any good wild camps? Thanks Dave.

You can wild camp along the greenlane, Don't think it's actually allowed but many people still do.

I know of a few places to wild camp around the area, But won't divulge it on the forum. Give me a PM and I will plot a few places
