Help! MOT failure

Hi guys,
my dreaded MOT is due on the 11th and i'm just looking at my Mavs failures

I had a bulb out, (rear side light n/s) and came to replace it but found the bulb seat had badly corroded and fell to pieces in my hand so now cant replace the bulb...

What do I do? Is there somewhere I can get the seat from or will I have to buy a complete lamp unit?
If so has anyone got one?
Bit urgent as I use my car for work and its out of MOT in one week :doh

try cncfab. or there was some one else with one beeing broken, cant remember the name though

also try ebay or Nissan 1st

Thanks mate but I should have checked back sooner! I phoned Nissan on Zippys recommendation who have supplied me a bulb holder and harness for £22.
Phoned Ford and they wanted £29...
