Just got back from holiday in Austria flying from Heathrow as Ryan Air have pulled the direct flights to Klagenfurt from the UK.
Met up with my brother who left Derby on the 10th June 2014 to have a steady cycle to Insbrook took him 22 days of cycling excluding rest days. He did a tad over 2,000 km in all. He always wanted to do one last big ride before he gets too old. He is 56 this month.
He took our late mothers ashes back to her home town and we buried them in the local Church Yard serupticiously. His wife flew out to join him at the end of his ride.
I drove down to Heathrow and her indoors drove back and including 50 miles of local running about when we returned my average m.p.g was 28.5 m.p.g. Not bad for an 04 plated 2.7 V6 petrol Santa Fe.
Just renewed my membership as it ran out whilst away - you never know one day I might get another Nissan and I miss the community even though I do not post much.
