I read that, by law, you have to turn on your headlights when it's raining in Sweden. How am I supposed to know if it's raining in Sweden?..:augie

I followed your advice, but I carefully checked the internet earlier, it wasn't raining in Sweden so I just went out without putting my headlights on, it wasn't long before I was pulled over by the police.
