Headlamp full of water

I have noted that my Maverick has one headlamp part full of water. I have stripped it off the vehicle and drained it but the reflector and glass is dirty, on the inside, as a result. Anybody got a trick to getting them all sparkly again?

most things I have tried just take the chrome off, best so far, is very mild washing up liquid and rinse well but it will never come back to being really good again, Rick

I got water in the drivers side bowl of the troll and it popped the bulb.....

I thought that it looked quite deep on the way in.Oops.

It dried out ok tho...

fit sealed beams problem solved..
