Are these the headlamp beam adjusters and if so which is up/down and left/right?

no they are not, will have to look tomorrow to say but all done from engine side, Rick

Sorry Jim, I am wrong yet again, I must remember to stop relying on my memory, I have not got one, yes they are the adjusters, do not forget to set the compensator to 0 before adjusting, Rick

in your pic this lamp pivots on the upper left point, so bottom left adjuster does up/down top right one does left/right, Rick
