Hi all, so im in Hemyock - devon. Me and the family decided to dig up a few local lanes.

After 3 really scenic and cosy lanes we decided to drive to Huntsham for apparently a really long greenlane. So we were on the hunt for it with no postcode.

Eventually we find a sharp drop down (off this farm lane) after much debate we decide to take the plunge. All starts well and incredibly bumpy so v slow. After we get down the bottom there is a rut about 2ft.....

Needless to say Crrrrrunchhhh goes my front diff as we get forced sideways (this is when we stopped the video)

There was no turning back and also the initial drop into rhe lane was about 18" off the farm road. We pressed on, only to find a 60ft drop on the right hand side into the forest..... careful we treaded and finally hit tarmac.

Never been so happpy to see tarmac in my life. Checked under my old girl, all seems ok even though she was grinding at the front lots :doh

To top it all off my bash plate is at ricks :doh

Have a laugh at me you can hear the first crunch.

The videos never look bad :nenau

The only answer would have been bigger wheels I think...

You could see where a tractor ir forest vehicle was using the track lots.

Glad you're having a good time bud :thumbs

Pretty bad title to start a thread with given the current situation but you weren't to know mate

We've lost Chris (PLANK) to a heart attack :(

It is miss named it is not heavy enough to be called a BASH plate, it is a SPLASH plate, if it had been on you probably would have lost it 4 x 6mm screws will not take a lot to shear, but glad you had a good time, Rick

The one on my last T2 took some nasty knocks but after the days laning I did have to bash it with a hammer to reshape it:lol
