Glow Plugs

Anyone know which Glow Plugs I need for my 96 (P) 2.7TDi Mav?
So far every time I've bought stuff of eBay, it's been wrong!
Even after the Motor Factors checked my Reg I got the wrong Motorcraft Oil Filter! AND then the wrong Fuel filter as well.
It says TD43850 under the engine number, does that mean anything?

Take one out and go motor factors, that's what I had to do

Yeh! That's what I thought!
How long are they supposed to stay on? I thought it was about 20 seconds?
Mine only stay on about 4-5 seconds!!!!

depends on temp the colder the longer the light stays on but even when the light has gone out they stay on for bout 4-5 mins i think
