Any chance of a S Wales screen shot........:nenau

I'm based in Swansea, so up to Brecon ish........:thumb2

Thanks anyway.....interesting that there is a limit on access, as Tdoug asks, is it a membership thing...:nenau

You can get full access to trailwise by joining either glass, calm or the TRF.
You could access the trailwise site as a guest but its limited and not much info available.
Had full access for years but its not always updated so always best to check with local council rights of way dept.
There is a new rights of way site called smart trail which is still in the making but to gain access you have to be a paid up member of All terrain uk,an alternative to glass but working with same goals of preserving our vehicular rights of way.

Am I right in thinking that this is not just mapping access to mapping but shows green lane routes that are available?
How often is it updated when lanes have restrictions or closures?
Can you export the route as say a gpx file so that it can be imported into other mapping software?

Simon,
Thank you for that, have copied it over and will x reference on OS maps.....:bow

I think it's just indicative of where the routes are and nothing downloadable, which is fine. As for being up to date, I would have thought that all off road routes would need checking for authoriseation as nowhere, except fro the LA, will have the current status.
There is a section for notes so the routes could be kept relatively up to date by users.
