Hi all, had another good day at Slindon today, got well stuck 53 minutes after arrival, and winched out OK, then came across a motor well stuck, as I arrived a range rover and a landi were having no luck whatsoever at pulling him forward, I guessed he had to come out the way he went in, the landi tried but no luck, then a Merc ????? turned up but no good either, (do not think he used low box as clutch smelled in a few seconds) I went in against a lump ready to winch with a block on the stuck motor, while deploying tackle in mud another 4bi came in with a winch both ends, he put front winch to a tree, rear winch to stuck motor and my cable from the block to his motor, stuck motor came out easy except my winch going half speed had to reverse to keep up, got all this on video but there are several clips and they vary from 200 mb to over 600 mb as I am on a mobile dongle and only have 3 gb per month not sure if I can upload these, advice will be good, in the mean time some pics of the day, Rick

He simply went too far to the left (nearside) up the bank and with a wheel track deep on his off side, whoops, but no one hurt that is the main thing, now you can see why I have my "massive" roll cage, and I will be doing some mods to that in the light of experience gained, Rick

No Pete, driver err, How you going by the way, been soo soo busy, Rick

im ok mate, but shouldnt you be taking it a bit easier in your "retirement " ?:lol

my bighorn ( truck :augie ) is running ok ,but only does around 18mpg around town ,but irons out hills very easily......give maggs a cuddle from me :thumb2 ,hope to be going to the van in a few weeks,if i can find a fuel tanker to tow behind me :lol

Instead of a wifi dongle why not use your phone on 3G, I have a LG P500 Android, it works as a wifi hub, my laptop can connect to www on wifi through it, go to be cheaper, you only pay for what you use.

Er you lost me after "LG P500 Android" I do have a BlackBerry Curve, but only use it to make and receive phone calls and rarely messages, Rick

surely it makes no difference as he still has a 3gb limit...

Not sure? my laptop and dongle are on Orange with a 3g signal, and 3 gig limit, the Blackberry is on 02 with a GPRS signal and on contract so it may be possible but will be slow unless I cart the whole lot some place where the signal is better, not far away (pub) I get a EDGE signal is this better or worse? Rick:nenau

Supposs I put the vids on a CD, would someone be kind enough to upload them for me, that's if they are interesting enough, Rick
