thanks zippy . seems ive picked up a virus , the nurse says i had to check for red blotches / spots , and i have , but nowt there , so she says i have to drink plenty of fluids and rest , she will be popping in later today to see me .

bad news

seems sheila has picked up this virus too ,although i still feel pretty rough she is a lot worse than me , so ive offered to be a chauffer to her assistant this morning , im not sure how im going to go on , but surely all i have to do is sit in the car and drive , should be able to manage that for a few hours hopefully .

well i managed a trip to yeadon /rawdon this morning ,while sheilas assistant just sorta took over all the other work , all i had to do was sit in the car and just leave her to it , im feeling a bit better but nowhere near 100% , but at least im improving , sheila however is quite rough and has had to stop in bed all day ( not like her at all ) , at least you have been spared my bad jokes lol .
