Give us a clue...
What are you using?
It looks like it could be WD40, but you can never assume anything these days.:nenau
I have always used LM grease on hinge pins, doors and bonnet, and friction bar, sparingly on door latch mechanisms, also on the rear door lower slide.
I find it stays in place longer and an occasional quick squirt with WD 40 stops it drying out.
I have tried spray white grease, but that dries out quicker than LM grease.
While you are at it, if you have LM grease to hand... don't forget the 4 steering stops.
For the door hinges/guides/check straps etc I always use spray grease - it contains a solvent which evaporates away after spraying leaving a nice coating of grease.I'm using home base silicone spray :thumb2
There are a few i was too lazy to post up. The ignition barrel, the door handle mechanisms and boot lock mehchanisms and yes the steering stops. I had the old steering stop grinding issue a while back.

If you can't find the specific thing, motorcycle chain lube is just as good and works the same way, plus it is harmless to rubber as O ring m/c chains have rubber O rings, so avoid any which say do not use on O ring chains.
For the window channels I use the dashboard/bumper/tyre shine stuff - that is silicone but is usually cheaper than cans labelled silicone.
