How much oil does my manual gearbox hold and is this the right oil?

Manual Transmission: SX75W-90 GL-4

I think i may have answered my own question, is it 3.6 litres? :doh

and how much for the transfer box, is it the same oil?

For my mav
Main gearbox 3.5 litre 75W/90
Front diff 80/90 1.5 litre
Transfer box 2.5 litre
The Comma site will give you correct type & quantity

I took some pics as I filled my gearbox, tip warm the oil first, I put the 5 litre can in a sink of hot water

I got a metre of plastic pipe from B&Q, cut the bottom off empty litre bottle, & attached pipe, tight fit, fed it down alongside exhaust, held it in place with a couple of bungeys & a bit of wire see pic

looks like I will be taking the gearbox out on saturday to do the clutch so it might help to change the oil at the same time :thumb2
