Gearbox rumble?

O most wise ones of The Forum, please answer my query.

My T2 is an auto box and when overdrive engages there is a rumble that is heard and felt. It only lasts for a very short period of time and then the car runs ok.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

I shall offer a sacrifice of two rubber chickens if you answer my plea for help!

Do you mean overdrive, cos all that does effectively is engage a longer-legged set of gears....do you mean it shudders a bit when it drops into top gear?
