Gearbox oil?

Can anyone tell me what gearbox oil i need in my 1997 ford maverick 2.7 tdi LWb and how much it takes i just want to replace it because i dont know if it has ever been changed?

5 litres of 75w-90 GL4

NOT GL5 :nono as that ruins the gearboxes

Ohh and the diff oils are

*80/90 gl5 mineral for the front diff

comma ls80/90 gl5 for the rear

Could be, I'm including the transfer box too
