Gearbox and Transfer Box

Hi all,
Has anyone used Molyslip or something similar in these?

Is it a good idea?

any recomendations as what to use if anything?

I am asking as i intend to change the oil in them along with front Diff. Done the back.

I did put some molyslip in the engine when I first had it, but no idea if it actualy did anything other than lighten my wallet:augie
Not bothered since, so this post is as good as a chocolate ashtray

I put moly slip in my gearbox last oil change did not notice any different so i totally agree with Makeitfit just leaves a hole in your pocket!!

at least you have pockets i just have holes i always thought a gear

box had to have a certain amount of friction to work right any way:augie i may be wrong!
