Gay cloaking device failure :#

There's been a few gay worries recently about side steps and air con :augie
Then a thread about de-blinging :lol
I've been rebuilding the front of the Black Pearl recently as was alarmed to notice that some of my gay cloaking membrane was failing
Years ago I sprayed my headlight surrounds black in a fit of peque :sly Trouble is some offroading abuse has disturbed the force :wasntme

Bloody chrome showing through just won't do So sanded it off

A good old coat of etch primer later

Then the final top coat or three of Satin Black Gay Cloak paint :kiss:

and relax

It'll never be worth all the work. It's become a battle of attrition though and a subsidy for my son
We're in so deep we just want to finish it now and show empirically that the mods work.

modding is a dangerous plan for selling. in my opinion, stinka would have got more by putting it back to standard and selling the springs/tyres etc on top. it was a nice looking truck. terrano has a rep for towing etc. we were told by a salesman that we didnt "look like terrano owners" , i am yet to work out what he meant.
i do prefer the black to the chrome tho.
