Hi Guys

As you know I've been using Global Mapper on my tablet laptop in the motor to view Ordnance Survey 25k maps with a USB GPS receiver for when I'm doing a bit of off-roading as it has more detail than most maps as I'm sure your aware!!!

However I've now also been searching for a Turn by Turn option for Windows 8 and I've been unsuccessful so far but tonight I've come up trumps and managed to get my hand on Garmin Mobile PC with a Keygen and all the latest 2012 unlock .img maps for the majority of Europe :thumb2:thumb2

It works a treat ans with my £20 USB receiver from Maplins I get a lock on in 10-15 secs every time :D

Again guys, you know the drill If you want a copy, £3 and it's yours with a full set of instructions for the installation and unlimited technical support :D, can't say fairer than that really, any questions fire away

Memory Maps just tracks your position against OS maps that you load in the background good if you know where you are and just need to know incline details etc

Garmin is literally like sticking a Sat Nav on your windscreen but it's just on a laptop :thumb2
 
Cool ,I think , so it's got all the green lanes and tracks on it and can guide me to the next lane :thumbs
 
pete I have whole of wales on un-encrypted maps for MM. You can download MM tracker for your android phone and run it.

Thought you already had it though.
 
MM yes but didn't quite twig what this app was about. I'd have no idea what a track is called so it would be pointless.
Fez I'll very much like the map pack please as I've only got a few of them unlocked. I cant seem to get the whole MM off the lappy onto my phone :doh
Any snow yet ? :D

If you do want any OS 25k Landranger maps I've got the whole country practically

What file format are they?

Pete, snowing at home and higher ground. Friday there is forecast for snow/heavy snow so Nant y moch should have a nice covering for saturday. :thumbs

I was thinking blast up to nym, then maybe depending on time do claerwen dam/golf links in rhayader or strata?

Good point lol, I can't remember off the top of my head by the tablet is in the car so I'll check when I'm on my lunch
 
I'm after the memory map files for my iPhone 5, anyone got them cheap ?
