fuses and power window

hi ive got a 1996 r3m 2.7 td, the fuse diagram is in japanese , does anyone have an english version? and also the drivers power window goes up and down when the engine is off, with the engine running it goes down or if its already down only goes up, i then haftoo switch back on to make perform the other function ,its driving me nuts. can anyone help please
