funny noise

Y61 TD 2.8 patrol,

it only happens when about 50mph then goes away when i go about 70mph,

and it only happens when iv go the gas on, when i let go over the pedel it stops, the harder i push the louder and high pitch it is

the noise its like a wine, if that helps

Check your belts for correct tension, general wear, and slippage under load.

It also might be your turbo cranking up they do make a whine come whistle noise, if so quite normal to hear it.
