Ive had to replace the 6mm fuel pipe today. The small steel pipe that exit's the sender/pump ontop of the tank was corroaed and snapped.Ive managed to get it back to good pipe to attach the rubber pipe.I don't know how long it will last so does any body know where to purchase a new sender/pump from please.

Cheers Gav

I had exactly the same problem a few weeks ago, noticed fuel all over the drive ! took it to a local garage who managed to braze a new pipe section onto the sender plate, the quote for a new unit was £400 so was quite pleased with their skills. Also had to replace the connecting steel pipe with a hose.

Yes I managed to cut back some of the surrounding plastic which enabled me to get the rubber pipe on.Wasnt very happy about doing it but needs must..
