fuel pump Maverick

Hi i have read somewhere on here someone talking about a fuel pump in the fuel tank itself (as opposed to the injection pump on the engine) My question is, do all Terrano 2's and Mavs have these, pretty certain mind don't? Ford Maverick 2.7 gls tdi circa 1997.

Hi i have a maverick 2.7tdi gls 99 and i only have a fuel injection pump , there is not a lift pump in my tank

There was never any separate lift pump on any Mav or Terrano.

Only for the 2.4 petrol I think but could be wrong

....DIESEL version.

2.4 petrol will have a electric HP pump.
