My 1993 does so youres should

Yep...mines a 99 on A T plate and there's deffo a fuel light.....mine came on once and it was very, very close to the needle stop.
rarely let the tank go below 1/4 full so don't see it often.

hi i let my fuel drop to empty once until the light came on... and it does work...filled the tank back up needle raised as normal...but the little light stayed on for a couple of annoying days. wont let it drop to the red anymore :)

hi where is the needle stop point also every time i stop and start the engine the needle goes right down then comes back up after a few miles is this normal:nenau

thanks

By stop point I mean at the very bottom of the red section.

not had my fuel gauge do that, but have noticed it climb when truck has sat all day, but settle back to where it should be once started.

Mine didnt work when i bought it didnt think it had one then i ran it down and all of a sudden started working :lol

when my gauge goes down when switching off and on it drops pretty much to a 6 o clock position then starts coming back up again think the sender is knackered for example if the gauge is on the red and if i stick a tenner in i get quarter of a tank registering an the gauge:nenau
